Brewing your SingularTea herbal remedy is simple, just follow these steps to get the best out of every cup.

Tea Bags

100% Unbleached Cotton Tea Bags

  1. 1. Heat the Water
    Boil fresh water to 200°F (93°C) for the best herbal extraction. If you don’t have temperature control, boil and let it sit for 30 seconds before using.
  2. 2. Steep Properly
    Place one tea bag in your favorite cup, pour hot water over it, and cover to retain heat and essential compounds. You can use a small plate as a cover if needed.
  3. 3. Wait & Enjoy
    Let it steep for 7-10 minutes, then gently squeeze the tea bag to release the last drops of goodness. Sip and enjoy!
Loose Leaf Herbs

Loose Leaf Herbal Tea

  1. 1. Measure & Prepare
    Use 1 teaspoon of herbs per 8 oz (240 ml) of water. Place them in a tea infuser, reusable cotton tea bag, or strainer.
  2. 2. Heat the Water
    Boil fresh water to 200°F (93°C).
  3. 3. Steep Properly
    Pour hot water over the herbs and cover your cup to retain heat and maximize infusion. You can use a small plate as a cover if needed.
  4. 4. Wait & Enjoy
    Let it steep for 7-10 minutes, then remove the infuser or strain the tea. Sip and enjoy!
Iced Herbal Tea

Iced Herbal Tea

  1. 1. Brew Concentrate
    Boil fresh water and let it cool for 30 seconds. Steep a tea bag or one teaspoon of loose-leaf tea in a quarter cup of hot water for 7-10 minutes. Cover to retain heat and essential compounds.
  2. 2. Cool Down
    Fill your favorite glass with ice cubes. Pour the concentrated tea over the ice.
  3. 3. Finish & Enjoy
    Top with cold or sparkling water, stir, and enjoy your refreshing herbal tea!
